Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Excludes all gift cards, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Domestic Customers

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return and what method you would like to use (credit, swap or refund).
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email, or get your local post office to print it for you.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

International Customers

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. We will give you case by case instructions for returning depending on what country you are sending from.
  • International customers will need to pay for the return postage.
  • International customers can only return items for a full refund to the original payment method.

Gift Cards

  • All gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable

Additional Information:

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will endeavor to process your return within 5 business days
  • If your item arrives damaged you will need to provide proof in the form of photos within 7 days of receiving the product. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
